Dating back to 1802, John Radcliffe & Sons has a proud history around the Yorkshire area, having built many of Huddersfield's historic buildings.

Today, John Radcliffe & Sons is a Construction and Project Management firm still based in the town, but operating throughout the UK. The company carries out a wide range of works, from traditional new build contracts to a full and comprehensive Project Management service, as well as maintenance and refurbishment work for a number of private and commercial clients. Project values range from under £10,000 to over £4 million, with 75% of business coming from repeat clients and architects.

Here at Radcliffe's, we understand that every project is different and it is vital to provide flexibility in our service to suit the clients specific requirements and business needs; in short, our clients can tailor our services to accommodate their needs. We can remove all of the hassle associated with a building project, including the appointment of design teams, obtaining planning approval all the way through to the final handover.
